This podcast has been a long time coming! People often ask how we keep our 10 kids healthy; what modalities we use and so on.
I think I more than covered it here; I talk about my own childhood health, belief systems that keep us bound to sickness, ways I want to inspire my kids to respect their bodies, setting a model for daily movement and strength; moving on to my stance on vaccines for my kids, to specifics on what other therapies we’ve used and why and when.
Good health is a blessings; yet there is so much in our culture that conspires to keep people dis-eased (masks, anyone 🙂
So much of the health discussion is our perspective on where healing comes from and who (and what) is responsible for keeping these physical machines of ours running!
