Jordanna is a wife to an Aussie and mother to two beautiful children on earth and one in heaven. Entering into her second pregnancy with a high-risk label, Jordanna left the hospital at 30 weeks pregnant, seeking the guidance of wise woman midwives, and under their care, and in her full power, birthed her daughter. She encourages women to educate themselves about birth and pregnancy nutrition as much as possible, to trust their instincts and inner voice, and when it is time for their baby to be birthed, to surrender themselves to the mysterious powerful process that brings life and light into the world.

This was a great podcast! I am curious about what pelvic floor therapy Jordanna did in order to heal….I, too, deal with some pelvic floor issues 🙁 I would love to hear more about it. Thanks for sharing!
