I enjoy this meditation. Having listened to your voice so much and trusting you a lot by now, it’s very soothing and the twice I have listened to it at bedtime I have fallen asleep with a lovely sense of calm and connectedness (hoping to get to the end next time!) Thank you Maryn. (Please can we have more short meditations!) x

  2. Maryn Green says:

Thanks for the feedback, Tracy, and glad you enjoyed it!
I’d love to hear some ideas you have for others. This was a new direction and I was not sure how it would be received!

    Love, Maryn

  3. Stephanie Byers says:

This is wonderful. I wish I had done this during pregnancy, but for some reason I skipped this episode when listening to the series. How very telling that is, I think. There is a lot of unidentified and unspoken pain in this space for me, and that’s probably why. I made a verbal intention today and vowed to myself that I will heal my wombspace and pelvic floor, and I will utilize this guided meditation to do so. It probably will not happen every day, but that is my intention, so I will do it way more often than if I don’t intend it daily. And I’m not putting an end date on it either. Definitely up to and through my next pregnancy, whenever that is. Thank you so much for this, Maryn. If this was the only podcast you ever released, it would be well worth the listen. What a gem!

  4. Maryn Green says:

Thank you, Stephanie. Love and healing to you!
