Libel and lies suck, so here’s the truth if you are a nosey person who has been wondering! If you’re on social media perhaps you’ve come across it and here is our final and only response.
Sam Hypes was released from her support position with Indie Birth in May 2024 for inconsistent work effort and neglecting projects. She was paid in full for the work she completed.
Sam went on to initiate a charge back through her credit card company for approximately 7k paid to Indie Birth and Freedom Works for her Private Membership Association and private midwifery mentoring.
Both of these charges were legitimate and, upon submission of her signed contracts, the credit card company settled both disputes in our favor.
All of the negative comments Sam has made about our organization began shortly after being released from her position in May of 2024.
