My 15 year old son takes a prenatal “vitamin”.
I put that in quotes, because it’s not a lab made vitamin full of filler (most of them are BTW, even the expensive “healthy” ones), but real food.
I wouldn’t put anything else in my kids’ bodies besides real food in one form or another.
Since I am pretty sure I am not going to get him to actually EAT bison organs of all types, or to down any fresh fish roe….this is the best option.
Clearly, “prenatal” isn’t accurate for these amazing whole food supplements. Anyone can take them. I have my son on them because I think he needs the minerals, vitamins, collagen and all the extra amazing good stuff right now. His skin and immune system have been giving him some issues.
The skin is a work in progress (taking the inside out approach to skin stuff is generally a pretty slow process) but I can say for certain that his immune system is stronger. He has not gotten a cold or any thing in months, and that was something that felt like it was calling out for balance.
I am the last lady to say that pills can fix our problems:) but Wild Mama’s nutritional supplements are the ONLY thing I personally take and the ONLY product I recommend and am an affiliate for.
I refuse to sell whatever is just hip on social media to get a cut; I have to have lived experience with what I recommend BEFORE I ever think of recommending it.
I love Dr. Heather (the owner of Wild Mamas) and her passion for health for all people.
