Jena la Flamme is a teacher of Sacred Sexuality, Body Confidence, and Eating Psychology, devoted to teaching women how to have delicious, fulfilling, meaningful sex lives, inhabit their bodies with confidence and ease, and eat with peace and pleasure.
She is also the author of the book, “Pleasurable Weight Loss: The Secrets of Feeling Great, Losing Weight & Loving Your Life Today.” After a ten-year struggle with bad body image, difficulty having an orgasm, and poor sexual boundaries and, compulsive eating, and weight gain, she broke through these barriers by learning to trust the wisdom of her body and of pleasure.
