A Webinar with Maha Al Musa
About the Online Class:
The pregnancy and birth process is a sacred rite of passage for a mother and her baby. Through this lens we expand into a conscious view of birth where we can explore how mindful movement to awaken birth wisdom becomes both anchor and a guide.
Childbirth education and dialogue must address the emotional, energetic, sexual and spiritual nuances of pregnancy and birth that has an impact on how a mother’s body responds to the sensations of birth. The external and her internal environment also has a significant influence to how she responds to the experience. This is a foundational understanding that we must cultivate in order to elevate birth’s capacity as a higher consciousness experience beyond its pathology. Awakening Birth Wisdom using BellydanceBirth® or Mindful Movement is a dedicated way we can aspire to this view
